Zimbabwe’s Forgotten Children

This BBC documentary looks at the plight of Zimbabwe’s children. With the economy at a standstill, teachers striking and AIDS pandemic going unchecked; the children are the ones that suffer.

If like the host of the documentary you grew up and were educated during the prosperity years, you might not understand what the young ones face today. Or if you were lucky enough to move to the diaspora then take an hour or so and sit and watch what the Mugabe regime has done to our nation’s most vulnerable: the children.
*Update January 2017: I’ve updated the youtube link with one that has the full film*

  1. First time I watched this I cried. Like the presenter I was one of the lucky ones growing up at a time when the education system was admirable
